Dissolvable stitches 4 months post Breast Lift with Implants still "spitting," is this an allergic reaction?

Would it be considered an allergic reaction or an adverse effect if I'm "spitting" vicryl sutures and staples out 4 months after a breast lift and augmentation where the implants had to both be removed at different times?

    If you are happy with the size of the breasts but think that they are droopy, a breast lift may be advised.  If you would like your breasts fuller or larger, an implant can be placed at the same time.Kenneth Hughes, MDLos Angeles, CA

Although your photo is from a poor angle, your areola/mound relationship is significantly off, and more than implant settling and dropping may achieve over time. That is why your surgeon is now backpedaling a bit. Perhaps s/he truly felt this could be accomplished, and did her/his best. But...

This is a question that you should have more carefully considered before you had surgery outside of the US. Most surgeons are not interested in doing the follow up care that another surgeon has already been paid to complete. Your best option is to ask the surgeon that completed your procedure...
