Dissolvable stitches 4 months post Breast Lift with Implants still "spitting," is this an allergic reaction?

Would it be considered an allergic reaction or an adverse effect if I'm "spitting" vicryl sutures and staples out 4 months after a breast lift and augmentation where the implants had to both be removed at different times?

Some people tend to "spit sutures" up to six to eight months.  One can usually clip the sutures and the problem is resolved.   I have encountered on rare occasion someone who seems to have an "allergic" reaction.  This reaction presented with redness along the incision, drainage and irritation, but there was no infection.  If the skin opened and there was tunneling to the implant (open), the implant would need to be removed.  I recommend waiting six months, then replacing the implant.You may contact me via e-mail with further questions.Thank you.
