55 yr old female Almost 1 year past op. Double blephoplasty and endoscopic brow lift. I am so very disappointed. I don't recognize myself when I look in the mirror. These procedures were only to improve my vision and I feel like the Dr took too much skin off. Can this be easily fixed? My insurance covered the surgery.

There is a procedure to reposition Eyesockets it is highly invasive and not appropriate unless somebody was born with a true disfigurement.

In looking at these photos however, it is not immediately obvious that this lesion represents a chalazia. I strongly recommend that you see an ASOPRS fellowship trained oculoplastic surgeon to be assessed for this. If they agree it may be a chalazia, kenalog injection is a very good treatment...
In lower island, blepharoplasty tissue is typically only removed.
Understanding and treating this area is complex and potentially difficult.
There are opposite volume changes happening simultaneously in some people.
Adding volume may be a better option.
