To make it quality assessment regarding the outcome of any plastic surgery procedure we need to see quality before and after pictures. The cropped pictures you included a really insufficient for us to make a quality assessment.
Follow up with your provider and get a complete set of proper full face facial before, and after pictures and try submitting with those.
All the procedures you had should be considered permanent and irreversible.
An endoscopic brow lift might be lowered, depending on the technique used.
I suggest you schedule a few in person second opinion consultations with other plastic surgeons in your community.
For second opinion, consultations, come prepared bringing with you a complete set of proper before and after pictures and copies of your previous report.
These are all part of your Medical records and you can request them from your provider.
