Dimples on my cheeks are only visible when I smile. How do I make them always visible?

A constant dimple can be created with surgery. An incision can be placed in the planned dimple location or, most often, inside the lip where the scar is hidden. A small amount of tissue is removed and a dimple is created with a dissolving suture. When the suture is reabsorbed the dimple should remain and be there when you're not making facial expressions.
