Why are there so many differing opinions as to whether it is possible to reattach the mentalis muscle? Are doctors reluctant to perform this type of surgery because the outcome is difficult to predict? Have there been any newer procedures that have had any success? There isn't a lot of information out there and what I see published online is not very current.
