How Did I Only Go Down 1 Cup Size After my Breast Reduction?

I had a breast reduction in which approximately 420cc were removed from R breast and 375cc were removed from L. I can feel and see the difference even though my breasts are still pretty large, but I went for a sizing and fitting at the same location I used to go to pre reduction... and I have only gone from a 34G/FF to a 34F. How can that be??

You seem to meet criteria except that your weight is above 200lbs.  You will likely meet criteria for insurance coverage.  Since you don't have insurance, seek out a board certified plastic surgeon.  Best Wishes!!

Usually it's reasonable to go from a triple D to a D or full C.  The circumference (40) remains the same.  Any less and your breast shape will look a little flat.  Your base is just too large to have a good-looking B-cup.  But a C-cup is very doable and will make a huge...

Even at seven months out there is quite a bit of biologic activity in your incisions. The outcome could still be favorable without revision. Pressure, steroid injections, and possibly other modalities may have a role but should be used judiciously.

Trying to lose weight while recovering from surgery is not a good idea, your body needs all nutrients while healing. Sounds like you are eating healthy...continue to do so, drink lots of water and take a good multiple vitamin, follow your surgeons instructions on how soon before you can start ...

I'm surprised your convalescence was so prolonged after breast reduction. Of course individuals heal differently. Most the time however they can return to work such as yours in a couple weeks.
