5'4" BMI of 38. I've tried exercising and gain weight(last 6 months and gained 20 lbs) although I lost 5 inches in my waist. It hurts to exercise.I pay for it in the following days with migraines and pain. Exercising seems to make them grow. I'm not happy with my weight, but I feel as though I can support the weight on my chest better when I am bigger. Would I qualify for a reduction? If not, what would I need to do in order to qualify? I don't have insurance and would pay out of pocket.
