I am about two months post op, and while I know I have a long way to go, my nose looks severely deviated and almost "C" shaped which it did not before. It almost seems to get worse as the swelling subsides. I had an open procedure, and it also appears that my columnella was not sewn back on straight which makes my tip point to one side and my nostrils appear to be different shapes and sizes. I have attached some before and after photos. Does it look like I will require a revision surgery?
