Do I have or am I developing symmastia? (photos)

It is very difficult to tell for sure with just photos what exactly is going on. You might have some swelling of the breasts (especially the left) that could be the result of a fluid collection, either watery fluid (seroma) or blood (hematoma). I would schedule a follow up with your surgeon soon to make sure that he/she is aware of how things look right now. It could be normal swelling, but it looks a bit concerning to me.

It is not really possible to give useful advice online in these situations. From your description, it is possible that the muscle detached, or that there was some bleeding, both, or neither. Your surgeon will want to know what is going on and I would suggest that you call right away.

Yes, you are getting close to it but its recommended to discuss with your surgeon to find methods to help prevent its progression to symmastia.

Very very close to symmastia but just tenting now. After a few months of healing than we could respond. I would rest and not use my chest muscles so the internal scarring develops ///
