The cost will depend on what specifically need to be done and whether you choose saline or silicone.  I suspect you would like saline given the problems you have experienced with silicone.  If you need something like a lift done as well, it would increase the cost.  Simple saline implants would be around $5000 to $6000.

The cost of breast implants will vary.  Saline cost less than silicone implants, and I believe that Florida prices are lower than where I am in NYC.
