Facelift revision scars one year post op. Pixie ear and painful, pulled tragus left side; incision is closed over back of ear instead of stitched in crease. Right lobe was not stitched at bottom and separated. I believe an assistant performed botched closures. Doctor burned me with laser to incisions. Not enough skin to revise; very tight. What are my options? I am depressed and self-conscious and doctor and his nurse blamed prior surgery and refuse to refund. Suggestions appreciated!
