Is it healing or permanent damage of skin for atrophic after CO2 laser, subcision, MNRF, TCA peel and Sculptra? (Photo)

I went through several treatments like subcision, co2 laser, mnrf, prp and sculptra which make my skin more sensitive, hypopigmentation and scars become more visible. These treatments started last year and end in December. My atrophic scars have become blue,shiny and more depth. Please share treatment to fix it. I consulted with other doctor, they recommended me fat graft and laser.
