Restylane Vital or skin boosters available in Michigan or USA?

You are lucky while restylane vital is not available there are multiple great treatments available to even out your skin tone. While there is only one filler fda approved for came scars, Bellafill, other filllers can be utilized. Most uneven Skin and Acne scars are best treated with multiple modalities, these may include:

Thank you for your question.  Restylane Vital is one of a number of newer, non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid injectables designed as "skin boosters" or for "mesotherapy."  These products different from traditional fillers - they are very thin and are designed for very superficial injection into the skin to improve hydration and skin texture.  None of these products have been approved by the FDA yet, and as such, are not legally available in the United States.  I would be very wary of any clinic in the US offering these products, as they would have to be imported illegally and in many cases have been found to be contaminated or counterfeit.  Some of these products have been released in Canada, so you could potentially try to see a physician there if you are interested in trying them.
You also mention that you are interested in treating acne scarring.  I've seen a number of demonstrations of this injection technique, and I don't think you will see any significant improvement in scarring with skin boosters/mesotherapy.  I would recommend that you schedule a consultation with an experienced cosmetic dermatologist to discuss your options, including laser skin resurfacing, TCA CROSS therapy, and FDA-approved fillers.  Best of luck!
