I am curious about your question. I assume you mean the hymenal ring within the introitus? Everything looks absolutely normal and I see no indication in these pictures of prolapse. Prolapse is usually diagnosed with a pelvic examination, not simply by looking at the vaginal opening. Hymenal remnants are normal, but I don't see any here. You look normal.

Hello there. I am not sure what you are referring to as far as prolapse. From the picture on the right, I just see a patent vaginal introitus with some hymeneal skin tags. I do not see any prolapse. In order to make a suggestion, I would like to know what is concerning you about the appearance. Your anatomy appears to be normal.
