I have mild cvi. My legs are nice in the morning, though I do have some extra flesh. By evening, they look thick. I saw a board certified surgeon who is experienced with calves; he told me I was a great candidate due to fat deposits and skin quality. If I get lipo on this area, will it make my circulation worse? Is there a way to avoid this, ie., with small cannulas? The dr. I saw said there would be no danger to the circulatory or lymphatic systems; I've seen some contradictory posts on here.
