I recently got fat grafting to my breasts. Will my breasts soften and take a more natural shape as time goes by?

The softness after fat grafting takes about 6-8 weeks after surgery.  Both, the hardness caused by filling your breast tissues with fat and the inflammation of surgery which is normal takes time to soften up.  at least 6-8 weeks, sometimes even more time.  the shape takes between 3-6 months to finalize; this, because the fat integration process into your native tissues takes that long.
