In a single session at our practice, we can harvest up to 5000 grafts from the donor area, typically located at the back of your head. These grafts can then be safely transplanted into the bald area.

For optimal visibility and to achieve more dense results, it's recommended that you shave your hair for the procedure. In your case, a single session of hair transplant seems sufficient to cover the bald area.

You may have 6000 grafts from the backside of your head, if this is going to be your first hair transplantation. But this is a huge number and it can be harvested in two sessions (4000 in the first, and then, 2000 in the second). These sessions may ideally be 9 months apart.
