The lumps you see may be the filler or reaction to the filler. If it is filler, then hyaluronidase should be able to dissolve it.
Anytime filler is placed you can get a bruise. If this is an event where you would not be ok with potentially have a visible bruise I would reschedule until a week where you have more flexibility. Good luck with your treatment.
