Got glasses two years after rhinoplasty - will it damage my nose? (photos)

Dents from glasses: at this late date, the dents are just temporary dents in the soft tissue underneath the skin from squeezing away the water content of the tissue. Once the glasses are removed the dents should go away fairly quickly. There should be no permanent consequence from glasses beyond the first month or so of surgery.

Since you underwent rhinoplasty nearly 1.5 years ago, your glasses should not leave permanent marks on your nose. You can expect these marks to subside once you remove your glasses. The deeper marks that the glasses are leaving on your nose are most likely related to a degree of residual oedema in the nasal skin. The nasal bones are set around 10 to 14 days following your surgery, and will not be influenced by wearing the glasses.

The cartilage support is also well established and this interval following surgery and in fact at 6 weeks after surgery wearing glasses is usually inconsequential for the nasal shape.
