I have a dent on my left underboob. Will it go away or do I need a medical procedure? (photos)

I am 6 weeks post op, I have 330 cc xhp unders bilateral. My left implant is taking a while to drop but I will just give it time. I do have a dent on the under my left breast and it does not hurt but I’m worried that it won’t go away. It is also softer in this area than anywhere else. I do have a clogged milk duct That I had for years I don’t know if that has anything to do with it.
