You don't mention how long ago you had the coolsculpting treatment. This can happen but is not usual for most patients. Massage and breaking up the tissue with shock wave therapy may help. We use the BTL cellutone for this purpose.

This is likely an exaggerated inflammatory response which has been described in the medical literature. The inflammation and hardness (induration) typically slowly subsides in a few weeks, without treatment. If it is severe, your physician may consider some treatment....
