It's on both flanks, large areas, hard, warm and swollen. They said it goes away but how long will it take and is there anything I can do to expedite the process?

Thank you for your question.Typically, there is no damage to an internal organs. Coolsculpting is meant to just target the subcutaneous fat which is the fat that lies directly under your skin. Coolsculpting does not go deep enough into the fat that it would have an affect on organs.
