I don’t believe that you have is a typical tear trough. You also don’t have bags of the lower eyelids because when you touch them you probably feel bone. You should not have fillers placed into the lower eyelid area which appears to be quite hollow. You need to have fat grafting in that area in order to correct the deficiency.
