I got lip filler 6 years ago and developed this tiny dark spot on my lip. It feels like a pimple (like it has fluid inside) i have tried popping it and removing it on my own with a needle but it seems like its deep. I have also tried to dissolve my filler but that didn’t work either. How can i get this thing removed? And what could it be?
