Aviclear to reduce oily skin w/o acne

Hi, I went to an Aviclear provider at a medspa hoping to get Aviclear done to reduce the insanely oily skin I have on my nose ever since I had a botched rhinoplasty procedure. The extreme oilyness started about a year after the procedure and really has never gone back to normal. Ive since had a revision rhinoplasty, however, that did not change anything. Im not sure if the extreme oilyness was caused by collagen loss, or by the sebaceous glands being too big for the skin that shrunk after the procedure, but its been a real struggle for me over the last 20 years or so. I heard about Aviclear and how it can shrink oil glands, but the provider told me that she would only do it on patients with severe acne. Are there any doctors here that have used it to cure severely oily skin? Should I just go to another provider? Are there any other lasers out there that are meant to reduce oily skin? She ended up recommending the Moxi laser for me. After 3 treatments, my nose is slightly less oily, but its nowhere close to the way it was before my original rhinoplasty. She said I could try microneedling treatments as well. What are your thoughts on this? Can anyone please recommend a treatment plan for me?
