Arm liposuction left me with bilateral indents - how can this be fixed? (Photos)

I saw a board certified plastic surgeon, specializing in liposuction and body contouring. Overall, I am pleased with my results. However, I am left with two dents towards the bottom of my arms near my elbows. When my arms are in the outstretched position, they look great. The indents are not as obvious when my arms are hanging at my side however, they are most obvious when my arms are crossed or bent, which is how I naturally stand quite often. Are these intense the result of over suctioning? What are treatment options for this? How pricey would you estimate this would be? I appreciate your time, I would like other opinions than my surgeon and this is why I’m posting this question.
