I had a panniculectomy 3 weeks ago. My main area of swelling has been in my mons area. What is the best thing I can do for this?

It is very typical to have swelling in the mons this early after panniculectomy. Swelling can take up to 6 months to resolve. I would however, have close follow up with your surgeon to make sure you do not develop a seroma that could be contributing to the swelling and may need early intervention such as aspiration or drainage.
