I have no jawline and it I don’t know what to do. I’m 5’5-5’6 and 125ish lbs. I only drink water and eat pretty healthy along with exercise. Only thing I have is hypothyroid hashimotos and my levels are normal. Please help me find an option whether it be jawline fillers or whatever. Thank you!
Answer: Chin augmentation Dear Calm893913, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photos, it looks like you would benefit from chin augmentation. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Fillers Can Work Well For Nonsurgical "Profiloplasty" These days, robust fillers are commonly used to perform nonsurgical "liquid profiloplasty," which involves using a robust volumizing filler, such as Voluma XC to better define and straighten the jawline and the use of a robust lifting filler, such as Restylane Lyft to augment the chin and create greater projection in profile view in order to better harmonize the projections of the chin with those of the lips and the nasal tip, as well as, secondarily, to further elongate and straighten the jawline. Make sure that you consult with a board certified cosmetic dermatologist and be sure to ask to see his/her personal before and after photos before agreeing to proceed. Best of luck.

Answer: Non-Surgical Chin Augmentation with Injectable Fillers -- Radiesse, Sculptra, Surgical Implants, See an Expert A formal evaluation would be needed to determine what's best. Many of my patients try to avoid surgery, so we perform a non-surgical chin augmentation treatment with injectable fillers. Fillers like Radiesse, Voluma, BellaFill as well as Sculptra are injected into the area, improving the overall appearance of the lower face and balancing the jaw and lip harmony. We use cannula injections to meticulously contour and project the chin, soften the chin along the jawline and improve the chin crease. Implants are still a great option once you are 100% positive that you are ready for a permanent enhancement. I suggest getting a consultation with an experienced cosmetic dermatologist and facial sculpting expert; our practice is located right here in Los Angeles. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Fillers Hi there, Yes filler would help but would recommend an HA filler instead of Radiesse with your Hashimotos. Have a consultation with an expert injector. Best of luck!
