I got a punch hole biopsy done June 1, 2015 to remove a suspicious freckle/mole. It was one I'd had my whole life but had recently changed a lot. When a month had gone by without hearing anything I followed up with my doctors office and they said there were no abnormal results. Now it has been 4.5 months since and I just noticed what looks to be a freckle coming back. I would like to know if this can be considered normal or not? I've attached pictures. Thank you in advance.

Moles can traumatize kids very easily when their classmates tease or make fun of them. The sooner you get it removed, the less potential problems your daughter may have.
Moles on non sun-exposed areas need to be evaluated. I perform mole removals and surgical biopsies on all parts of the body. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Los Angeles
Most of these are cosmetic moles that can be addressed with non-surgical means including laser or hyfrecation. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Los Angeles
