I have an overbite, a tendency to a deep bite and a slightly foward rotated mandible according to an oral surgeon. This forward rotation make it difficult for me to get a good result with a simple chin implant. Sure, a chin implant will bring my chin forward but my mentolabial fold will still be there and my jawline will not satisfy me. I need to increase the vertical length of the chin as well to get rid of the labiomental fold. What procedure can make my face look more like pic 4?
