I’m having orthognathic surgery this summer due to having a crooked smile and very off bite that can’t just be fixed with braces. I have a very prominent chin both wide and long. (witches chin) My Dr said during my orthognathic surgery he can do a genioplasty and remove a piece of bone and slide the rest back. I know this will remove witches chin and also help with the length.
