Should I add chin lipo to my TT with muscle repair and lipo in a month? What is the recovery like? Is it permanent? (photos)

I am going in for a tummy tuck with MR and lipo on June 3. I am trying decide if I should add chin lipo at the same time. What is the recovery for that? Also, does it last or will it come back?

It is difficult to tell from the picture but it does look like the skin has some abnormalities from ovver aggressive liposuction. A neck lift would take about 3-4 hours and cost ~7000. This might be your best option to correct it.
