Should I add chin lipo to my TT with muscle repair and lipo in a month? What is the recovery like? Is it permanent? (photos)

I am going in for a tummy tuck with MR and lipo on June 3. I am trying decide if I should add chin lipo at the same time. What is the recovery for that? Also, does it last or will it come back?
