Hello, I am nine months postpartum and I’m looking into options for non-invasive skin tightening such as cool sculpting Etc, I also heard of Lipo shots and wanted to know if that would be a good option also. Thank you for taking the time to read and respond to my question!
Answer: Combination therapy for abdominal treatments Hello and thank you for your question! A thorough evaluation of the area will reveal whether you are dealing with laxity, excess fat, or both- and also how much of the fat is visceral vs. subcutaneous (pinchable). Coolsculpting is a fabulous treatment for the pinchable fat pockets, usually requiring 2 treatments to see full results. Emsculpt NEO will tackle skin laxity and visceral (deep) fat, as well as build muscle in the region. Morpheus8 uses Radiofrequency with Microneedling to tighten and remodel skin while also improving skin texture. Very often a combination of these treatments is the best approach. Be sure to discuss this with an experienced provider! Best of luck! Genie Alexander, RN BSN for Anna Petropoulos, MD FRCS Center for Classic Beauty Boston & Danvers, MA

Answer: Exploring Non-Surgical Options for Postpartum Abdominal Tightening: A Guide For postpartum skin tightening and contouring without surgery, several non-invasive options are available that can help improve the appearance of your stomach area: CoolSculpting: This is a popular non-surgical fat reduction treatment that uses controlled cooling to freeze and eliminate stubborn fat cells. It is effective for reducing small areas of fat but is not specifically designed for skin tightening. Radiofrequency (RF) Therapy: RF treatments, such as Thermage or Venus Freeze, use radiofrequency energy to heat the skin and stimulate collagen production. This can help tighten and firm the skin over time. Ultrasound Therapy: Treatments like Ultherapy use focused ultrasound energy to lift and tighten the skin by stimulating collagen production in the deeper layers. Laser Treatments: Options such as Fraxel or other fractional lasers can help with skin tightening and improving skin texture by promoting collagen remodeling. Injectable Lipolysis (Lipo Shots): These treatments involve injecting substances like deoxycholic acid to break down fat cells. They are more commonly used for small areas, such as under the chin, rather than larger areas like the abdomen. Each of these treatments has its advantages, and the best choice depends on your specific goals, the condition of your skin, and the areas you wish to treat. A consultation with a board-certified dermatologist or cosmetic surgeon can help determine the most appropriate treatment plan for your needs.

Answer: What would be the best non-surgical procedure for my postpartum stomach? As you wish, it is possible to provide fat burning and tightening by sending stimuli to the area in a pleasant way, just like massage. There are many devices for this. You will see a lot of benefit when a correct treatment treatment protocol is organized for your problem
