Extra muscle in the left side of my right hand grew in and I was wondering if there would be a possibility of taking that out?

Given the wide range of potential causes of the change in hand shape, the answer to your question would require much more background information to make any sort of informed recommendation.
Simply removing something from the hand needs to be weighed against the risk of scarring, immobility, damage to surrounding structures, and possible loss of function. It would also be important to rule out any dangerous process developing in your hand given its recent enlargement. 
Addressing something of this complexity really needs to be done by a specialist. I would recommend consultation with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who has either had a lot of experience with hand surgery or has completed specialized training in hand surgery to give you an accurate diagnosis and explanation of options for potential correction.
