You have ptosis of both upper eyelids. If you do surgery to elevate the lids, the creases can be reinforced at the same time. Not sure what you are referring to with the tear trough. See an oculoplastic surgeon who can evaluate the eyelid muscles to determine what surgery would be best for you.
