I do not believe that aloe vera would have any effect on lightening the color of a mole.  There are other treatments that could be effective in treating the flat mole on your face though.  I would consult with a facial plastic surgeon, plastic surgeon or dermatologist to discuss treatment options.

I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Moles can be removed with laser, radiowave or shave. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
