I did a round of BBL for moles on my arm with no results. Do you think I'd get results with scalpel sculpting and IPL? (photo)

I recommend getting an in-person formal evaluation with a board-certified cosmetic dermatologist. Moles can be removed with a laser, radiowave or shave. If you're looking to have the moles removed, the most efficient procedure would be to have a shave removal or full excision but these will leave you with scars. Some lasers can help to lessen the pigment, but may not fully remove the moles even after multiple treatments. I would recommend for you have these assessed and discuss the possible side effects and scarring of these two options.
