I have flat moles on my left arm/hand. I have had the moles checked recently and was given the all clear. I went to a certified plastic surgeon who recommended broad band light treatment. I did a round, but am debating continuing as I didn't notice any results. I have read material regarding scalpel sculpting and IPL, however, I'd like some input on the chance of those methods yielding any results. If you have a minute, I would like to hear your thoughts on the best course of action.
