How to decrease the gonial angle in the mandible? (photo)

If one has a mandible that is either round shaped or has a ramus that tilts forward too much, is there a way to adjust the structure of the mandible in such a way that the ramus is more vertical, and the gonial angle is more pronounced via its decrease?
