I am a 32 year old female, my teeth are slightly damaged from bruxism, and yellowed from coffee. I am constantly whitening them but they never seem to get much whiter, just weaker. I'm curious to know what the best options would be

From what we can see in the photos, veneers would achieve the result you are looking for, as they can correct color and shape. We recommend emax, over resin, since the latter material is porous, which causes it to change color over time. After veneers are placed you should do a mouth guard to prevent bruxism from ruining the veneers.
