Thank you for your question. You did not mention how long ago you had the YAG treatment. You can expect pigmented lesions to turn gray or dark after treatment. As the skin heals, in 7-14 days, the spot will slough off. Be sure to not pick or rub at the lesions. If the dark spots have been there longer than a month, you may have some hyperpigmentation. You can treat these with 4% hydroquinone and a Retin-A. I hope that answer helps.
