6 months later Kybella I randomly woke up swollen - what could be the cause? (photos)

I got a second round of kybella about 6 months ago. I had bad swelling but it went down quickly Randomly, 6 months later I had this horrible heartburn and woke up and my face looked like I had gotten kybella again. Is this related or is it an infection? I’m on antibiotics, but I can’t help but to see the similarities. The first picture is kybella swelling, the second picture is how it went down and the third is how I woke up yesterday

Facial swelling six months after Kybella injections is unlikely to be related to your previous treatment.
Unless you can come up with an obvious explanation like drinking all the broth in an extra large bowl of pho (high sodium intake) I suggest you contact your primary care doctor and talk to him or her about your symptoms.
What is described as heartburn and pain has many different ideologys including cardiac.
