My Surgeon Used Dissovable Sutures Externally And Internally i am not sure what sutures were used, I Am Current 5 Weeks Post Op My Ears Look Like They Are Symmetrical Sometimes And Thrn Sometimes They Don't I'm Scared My Ears Will Go Back To Normal, Also My Right Ear Is still swollen will my ear go back after swelling or spring forward a bit ? When can I sleep without a headband ?

The stitches should not be visible through the skin unless they were put in too close. Dissolvable stitches would avoid this as well. Infections are rare due to the great blood flow to the ear, but repeated infections can cause distortion of the underlying ear cartilage and create deformities....
Looks really good at this juncture. Your fold will become more appreciable as your swelling resolves. If nothing changed in terms of projection as you heal, your results are still very good. Having perfectly even ears in not a reasonable expectation.
