Received secret RF twice, the second time left me with pin/grid marks on my right cheek bone five months later. What now?

I did do one round of IPL but it really didn’t help anything in that area. I got a second opinion and that doctor said to give it a year, and that scar creams or more IPL might lighten it. I’m going back to see the original dermatologist to see what she suggests this week. Also I’m slightly fair skinned and it’s very sensitive, which I do tell all practitioners, but I seem to keep having bad side effects from different noninvasive procedures. But I’d really rather not age naturally, suggestions?

Just based on your two photos, I would suggest treating the area with an antifungal cream to see if you can get some improvement. Your pores look thickened which micro-needles alone should not do.  You can also try a small amount of castor oil massaged into that area at night.
