Thank you for your question. Morpheus8 is safe for all Fitzpatrick skin types and causes minimal post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Some providers will avoid certain depths for certain skin types in order to minimize this even more, but this procedure is often performed on all skin types. We have treated many Asian patients for skin tightening with Morpheus8. It has coated pins that deliver radiofrequency and is safe for all skin types. There should not be any type of pigmentation post procedure.
