Morpheus 8 does such a great job on tightening up the skin and resurfacing it. I combine TCA peels either before or after for added benefit. The skin continously ages and sags so if you want to look amazing then do it yearly.

Morpheus works great for tightening and it stimulates your body to make its own collagen. If you are looking for long term effects, I would recommend a series of 3 treatments, 4-6 weeks apart, followed by yearly maintenance. With this plan, you should have excellent results.
