I am 38 years old, had my masseters treated with Botox and now feel and see laxity in my skin around my jaw line. Would Morpheus8 or ulthera be better to tighten the skin? Or, is there something else that could tighten the skin around the jawline with long term results?
Answer: Morpheus8 and FaceTite are by far your best option. Getting the face and neck tighter and smoother is what Morpheus8 and FaceTite were made for. Don't waste money or time on short threads that last maybe 1 month or ultherapy that only helps minimally.

Answer: A combination of Ultherpay and Morpheus8 can be done to help lift and tighten the skin for a more youthful look Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Ultherapy, Morpheus8, or PDO Threads, what is best to tighten the skin of the neck, face, and jawline? Hi Rosa,I would treat you with Ultherapy, it would tighten the laxity of your jawline and re-establish a nice jawline contour and sharpness. It will also address the early minimal jowls and lift your cheeks. Your eyes will likely look more rested and youthful as well. I have not been impressed with the long term results of PDO threads. Morpheus8 is a very superficial treatment. As with any aesthetic treatment it is imperative that you choose your treating physician most carefully based on their skill, experience, knowledge, care, and their natural artistic vision. Good luck and be well. Dr. P

Answer: Tighter facial skin Thank you for the photos and here are a few suggestions. It appears that you may have a little submental and jawline fullness so liposuction and Facetite are a good combination treatment to improve the jawline contour. Also, the angles of your jaw lose definition and might benefit by creating a more contoured look with fillers. It could improve definition. You have beautiful skin and texture. I would not waste time with threads.

Answer: Morpheus for skin laxity The Morpheus 8 would be a great option for skin tightening for your jawline. It does not look like you have significant sub q fat to address so at Monroe Comprehensive Laser Center in Monroe,Mi, we would recommend a single Morpheus treatment with a 2mm setting to give you the tightening you seek without fat destruction. There are varying opinions regarding how long to wait between botox, fillers and Morpheus. Some sources quote that you can get a treatment the same day. Some quote waiting a few months. At our practice, we ecommending waiting a few weeks.
