Are my lips too low? (Photo)

There is something wrong with the lower part of my face. I can't figure out if I need a lip lift or a chin implant. My lips seem to be sunken into my face, or not flush with the other features of my face, please help?

I would recommend having the lip augmentation first. I prefer to use synthetic fillers rather than fat as fat can be very unpredictable. The lip lift procedure is designed to shorten the upper lip and once the filler is stable you can decide if you still need it.Best of luck
