Can cheek piercing makes a permanent/instant nerve damage after jaw fillers?

Thank you for your question.  It is certainly possible that a cheek piercing (regardless of jaw filler) carries the risk of temporary or permanent facial paralysis.  Although this risk is probably low, it is likely dependent on the type of cheek piercing (piercings that go just beneath the skin might have lesser risk than those that go all the way through to the oral cavity), the location in the cheek itself, as well as your piercing technician.  Unfortunately, it is difficult to give a clear answer as I don't believe that there are any scientific studies evaluating this question.  Hope that helps, best of luck!
