Can cheek piercing makes a permanent/instant nerve damage after jaw fillers?

Hi. I got jaw fillers on both sides and i now want to have cheek piercing on the both side. I don't know it's related, whether with filler or not, can a cheek piercing makes a permanent damage on facial nerves? Can it make a paralysis on my face ?
