Will my breast shape get rounder and project more as they drop and fluff?

Question

I was a 32A and got 375cc silicone extra full profile implants under the muscle. I am 16 days post op and i’m not as satisfied with the breast shape because i thought it would look more round and augmented, which is what i was going for. Will this change as they drop? And will my boobs spread apart as i feel the cleavage is too close?

The first thing to note is the models you pointed out.  The model you pointed out is extremely thin with visibility of the ribs showing.  That is why her breasts look so defined and round.  She has virtually no tissue between the breast implant and her environment.  Unless you have that same build preop, it is not really possible to achieve that look.  
  
By the way, keep in mind the proper position for your implants is to be centered under your nipple and areola.  I hope this has been helpful.

You are still early in the healing process after breast augmentation. As the implants soften, settle and drop the breast shape will change. It can take 3 months before the implants look and feel like they belong to you. Be sure to keep any scheduled follow up appointments you have for his or her evaluation and advice. Give your body time to heal before thinking of removing the implants. Good luck!
