Can you help me understand my scalp biopsy result please?

I got my results and its very short amd inconclusive. 1. My doc didnt indicate for AGA so does that mean they didnt check for it? 2. Did the fact they didn't discuss miniturization one way or other mean the used a vertical slide/view and failed factor that in. My follow up isn't for two weeks and my doc isn't responsive on the portal. I've started spiro already as well as a 2% nizoral my doc prescribed at the first appointment. Thanks for help.
