I had my DIEP flap reconstruction done in three phases. My main concern is that my abdominal scar sits quite high above my waistline, which makes me very self-conscious. I’m wondering if there’s an option to revise the scar and lower it closer to where a typical tummy tuck scar would be?

PAP Flap (using inner thigh fat) can be the perfect solution after a failed DIEP Flap. One or both thighs can be used to restore the volume and give you the same natural feel on both breasts. This would be my top recommendation in someone in your situation!
