Sculptra after BBL - will it affect whatever is left of the BBL?

Hi. I got a BBL 2019, it was perfect until some parts were ruined by another doctor when he preformed a tummy tuck. Now bbl isn’t the same. I lost volume. Will getting Sculptra fillers affect whatever is left of the BBL?
